We provide electrical and solar installation services as agreed in written quotations. All work will be carried out in accordance with relevant UK regulations and standards.
All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may vary if additional work is required.
Payment is due as agreed on your invoice. Typically:
Late payments will incur interest in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998. Interest will be charged at 8% above the Bank of England base rate, plus reasonable recovery costs.
The customer must provide safe and clear access to the property. Delays caused by restricted access may result in additional charges.
Workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months unless stated otherwise. Manufacturer warranties apply to supplied products.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the contract.
Cancellations must be made in writing. Deposits may be non-refundable depending on costs already incurred.
All work complies with current UK regulations including Part P (Electrical Safety).
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
